policies.
I want to make sure our lash extension experience together is nothing short of fabulous. So, here are a few policies I've put together to keep everything running smoothly and ensure you walk out with the most stunning lashes:
Arrive with clean lashes: Before you come in for your appointment, please make sure your lashes are squeaky clean. That means no mascara, no leftover eye makeup, and no oils or creams hanging around. Clean lashes give us a fresh canvas to work our magic on!
Be punctual: I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. I also understand that life can sometimes throw curveballs, so I've got a 15-minute grace period for those unexpected hiccups. After that, we need to reschedule!
Give 24 hours’ notice for cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your lash appointment, I'd appreciate a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance. It helps me manage my schedule and gives someone else a chance to snag that spot. If under 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service, and 100% if no show.
Come alone: When you come in for your lash appointment, it's your time to relax and get pampered. To maintain a serene and focused atmosphere, I kindly request that you come alone. Trust me, it'll be a little "me time" getaway just for you!
Aftercare guidelines: To make your lash extensions last as long as possible, it's important to follow some aftercare guidelines. I'll provide you with detailed instructions after your appointment, covering things like avoiding excessive water exposure, oil-based products, and rubbing your eyes.
Minimum age: We kindly request that clients be at least 16 years old to receive eyelash extension services. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our clients, and this age requirement helps ensure that individuals are of a mature age to make informed decisions regarding their beauty treatments. If below 18, we will need a parent/guardian’s contact details.
These policies are in place to help us create the best lash experience together. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out.
