1.2. If you're younger than the minimum age requirement, we sincerely apologize but won't be able to provide our services. We hope you'll visit us when you're old enough!

3.2. During your consultation, we'll discuss and agree upon the specific technique, lash style, and application method that best suits your preferences. Please keep in mind that everyone's natural lashes and desired look are unique, so results may vary.
3.3. We're skilled professionals, and we'll use our expertise to select the lash lengths, thicknesses, and curl types that will complement your natural lashes and create a fabulous look.
Aftercare and Maintenance:
4.1. Your stunning lashes deserve some tender loving care! To ensure their longevity and appearance, please follow the aftercare instructions we provide.
4.2. Avoid subjecting your lashes to excessive heat, steam, oil-based products, or excessive moisture during the recommended period after the application.
4.3. Regular maintenance is key to keeping your lashes looking their best. We recommend scheduling touch-up appointments every 2-3 weeks to maintain your desired look.
4.4. Please remember that failure to follow the aftercare instructions or neglecting touch-up appointments may affect the health and appearance of your lashes. We want you to enjoy long-lasting lash happiness!
Allergies and Sensitivities:
5.1. Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Although we use high-quality products and take necessary precautions, allergic reactions or sensitivities may occur in rare cases.
5.2. If you have a history of eye or skin sensitivities or allergies, we strongly recommend undergoing a patch test before the application. This helps us ensure your comfort and identify any potential adverse reactions.
5.3. If you experience any discomfort, redness, swelling, or other unexpected reactions after your appointment, please reach out to us immediately. We'll provide guidance and, if necessary, recommend seeking medical attention.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
6.1. We ask for a deposit of 50% of the service when booking your appointment. The remainder of the payment will be taken at the end of the service. We accept cash and card for your ease and flexibility.
6.2. Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients. If under 2 hours or you do not show up, you will be charged the remainder of the service.
6.3. While we don't offer refunds for services already rendered if you're dissatisfied with your eyelash extensions, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We'll carefully assess the situation and find a solution that works for you. We do offer a complimentary touch-up within those 7 days if an excessive amount of lashes fall out.
Limitation of Liability:
7.1. We always strive to provide the best possible service, but it's important to note that individual lash results may vary. Various factors, including natural lash characteristics and personal habits, can affect the longevity and appearance of eyelash extensions.
7.2. Luna Eyelashes and our staff will exercise skill and care in delivering our services, but we cannot assume liability for any complications, damages, or injuries directly or indirectly arising from our services.
7.3. Please take good care of your personal belongings during your visit. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items brought into our premises.
